I'm coming out of the cupboard!

I'm coming out of the cupboard! I admit it! ... I've been obsessing over Harry Potter since I was a kid. It's not my fault!! I grew up with him! This afternoon I went to the cinema to see Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows, which I was dying to see! I realised how much more... emotional it was comparing it with any of the other movies. It's sirius now (ahah get it? Sirius? Because... whatever). It's the real deal now. I remember how Harry Potter used to be this little kid that even thou he was the chosen one and had to fight evil, he was always joking and finding a way out. Now he has the whole world on his shoulders, its not a joke any more. And growing up with him makes me happy that I don't have that kind of responsability. But in a certain way we all have much more worries than we used to. Even thou we're so young, we're not little kids that just discovered they're magic anymore. And that is kind of saddening. I enjoy being a kid, and I don't think it'll ever grow out of me. Sure, when something is serious, you have to be responsable, but I wonder why at my age we, try to be grown up. Why do most of us try to go to bars and drink, or smoke, freak out because they don't have a boyfriend or a girlfriend, or just because they're not cool enough, or especially when someone calls us kids, and we'll just reassure them we're not kids anymore, we're teenagers. I wanna be a kid! And I swear, the next time I'm enjoying being a kid inside and some teenager says "stop being so childish" I'll punch him in the nose. I am a child. Being a grown up is no fun. Even all of you grown ups know this. Be kids, even if its just for a day, or even if its just for a few minutes that you have free in your over filled schedule. Be a child, be crazy, have fun. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean be a selfish little kid that doesn't understand anything or pretends she doesn't, you can't ever really be a kid again, but you can still have fun while you're around. I guess... but what do I know? I'm only 14.
